Mobile app for residents and owners of buildings and condos, where they can view:
1. Login: with phone number.
2. Location: set or create a new location.
3. Properties: create one or more properties in each location, import or add them manually.
4. Budget: create oner or more budgets. It has a budget variance report.
5. Revenue: auto-generate sales based on a budget, import or add them manually.
6. Expenses: import or add expenses manually. Necessary for showing the budget variance report.
7. Collections: import or add collections manually.
8. Statement of account: show statement of account of each property, amounts pending, overdue and interest rates.
9. Bookings: residents can book certain common areas, such as the events hall.
10. Post: residents and owners can post claims, comments, etc. including images/videos and a description.
11. Information: Admin can post notifications, internal rules, reports, etc. Some information might be shown to specific apartments. When a new information is received it should be accepted by user before continuing using the app.
12. Configuration: Admin configures here: rounding system for sales, bookings, send from/to email, Interest rates, credit card payments: 2checkout, Bancard.
13. Profile: name, phone, email, vat id, address, user role, etc.
- Admin: can add/edit/delete: profile, properties, budgets, revenue, expenses, collections, bookings, entry/exits, posts, information, configuration.
- Owners: can edit profile, can edit certain information of their "properties" (add/edit/delete residents, edit Invoice information, phone number, email, etc.), can view budget/revenue/expenses/collections, add/edit/delete their bookings, view entry/exit if their own apartments, view/add/delete their own posts, view information.
- Residents: can edit profile, add/edit/delete their bookings, view entry/exit if their own apartments, view/add/delete their own posts, view information. Can view financial information only if the owner gave access to it.
