(See Attached file for complete Job Requirements) Objective: We are looking for software development company/individual that are/is able to develop Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for Condominium/Apartment businesses that will improve tenant, comfort, staff productivity, and provide energy efficient and secure environment to residents/real estate business owners. Having conceptualized the project we are searching for a development partner to enable and activate the concept from a technology perspective. Project Profile and Company Requirements: Develop a module (a part of whole application suite) that allows the tenant to control various IoT enabled devices from app downloaded into his/her smartphone using cloud as a middleware. Diagrams attached showcase the concept. The overall technology consists of: 1.A native app (iOS and Android) by which tenant can control various IoT enabled devices in a Condominium/Apartment like Door Lock, Curtain Sensor, Motion Sensor, Light Switch, Outlet, Light Dimmer, TV etc. with a touch of icon.
