Mobile application/s and Admin panel

England Based start-up company requires separate mobile applications for both customers and employee/sub-contractors that can communicate with each other. Both these applications must have a controlling admin panel. Android & iOS apps are required & must strictly be developed in English. There are many supermarkets, pharmacies(for non-prescription) and diy/garden stores in the UK, they all have their own delivery system. However, the customers do not have the flexibility to book a delivery slot straight away. I need to develop an app that is similar to Insta-cart (US & Canada) which allows the customers to order items from a particular store and get delivery straight away (within an hour or 2) or at a preferred time. We need 2 options, either list all the items in that store or just give a generic item/brand for the customers to choose either from a list or a dropdown. Once the order is placed, my company representative/employee/subcontractor will travel to the shop and purchase the item and deliver it to the customer. We charge a fixed commission for the service in addition to the total bill of products. We may not be able to have a partnership with all supermarkets, in this case, can we get the SKU details of these supermarkets from their delivery site, if possible. User interface is a very important aspect of this project. We are looking for someone who can give a top-notch design and simple for the customers to use.
