1. Users will be pre-registered through web portal

2. It will have User ID and Password

3. There will be an option for forgot password

4. Once clicked on forgot password, it will be sent on email

Dashboard

It will have issue: Raise issue & Resolve issue

1. Raise issue

 Once clicked on raise issue, select department

 After selecting department, click on capture photo

 After that, camera will be opened

 User will take the photo and edit the photos (with arrows, circles and text)

 After that, User will tag the name of person pointed for the issue

 Set priority for the Hazard level (Critical, Moderate, Low)

 Time should be mentioned while photo is captured

 User will add description in the issue

 There should be an option to attach document

 After filling all details, user will submit the issue

2. Resolve issue

 Once user receives the issue, notification will be popped on his mobile

 Under Resolve issue, user can see nos. of issues under Open, Reschedule, WIP & Closed

 User will have an option to keep the status as Reschedule/ WIP

 In case, user wants to close the issue

 User will click on capture button

 User will take the photo and edit the photos (with arrows, circles and text)

 After that, User will add the description

 Time should be mentioned while photo is captured

 There should be an option to attach document

 Then, Resolution of issue will be submitted with time

Once the issue is submitted

 Before and After report will be generated

 Under Before, there will be picture and description and time

 Under after, there will be picture and description and time

 Both before and after will be presented in single picture sheet

 This report will be shared with Safety Head

 Safety head will verify the issue and close the issue.

 In Case, issue is not closed, safety head will reject the issue and it will be notified to the resolver

 In Case, issue is closed, notification will be sent to creator and resolver

Additional Features

1. Communication Facility

 In order to facilitate the discussion between resolver and creator, there will be chat box where in any clarification related to issue can be discussed

 Notification facility should be there

2. Archive Facility

 There will be similar feature like WhatsApp group. In the archive tab, there will be groups created by the name of department, under which all the resolved issues will be stored.

 This archive facility can be used as Knowledge depository by employees

3. Audit Checklist

 There will be regular safety audit, where in there would be safety audit checklist, which can convert into form and photos can be taken against each of the audit check point.

 Once audit check sheet is completed, open points along with photos will be assigned to resolver

 There will be detailed audit report generated for the audit along with pictures

4. No Screenshot facility

 User will neither take any screenshot nor upload any pre-stored photo.

5. Escalation Matrix

 If the resolver does not resolve the issue within stipulated time, escalation should go to the next level with copy to Safety Head

 There will be 2 levels of escalation with defined time intervals

6. Hierarchy

 Hierarchy will be defined based on type of user and department

 It will also have functionality to tag department and assign the issue to resolver who is having less no. of issues in WIP or no issues in WIP.

 It will automatically assign the issue

7. List of People with department responsibility

 There will be list displayed in Mobile App for list of people, who are responsible for respective department

8. Taking Videos as an option to photo

 There should be an option to capture Video

 Video will be very short and is of 15-20 seconds.
