Special App developer

Here is a description of what I would like built. We need a communication app for motor vehicle operators to communicate with others via a transparent OLED screen or transparent LCD screen set up in the vehicle window. Ideally, this app will include a set of pre-selected texts, and a section to customize texts with voice activation. This app will be paired with multiple screens, so it will need some sort of screencast or Bluetooth capabilities (if you have ideas on how we should do this on the hardware side, we would love to hear your ideas). The app should be able to control each screen independently (for now it will only be a front screen and back screen). The front screen will also need to display mirrored words and images such as emojis. Eventually, we would also like this app to have these auto-texts in multiple languages. When we put this into the play store, we want users to only access this app through codes sent with our product.
