Upgrade an existing Live Chat networking app and fix a few bugs

An existing networking Live-Chat Application (Mobile App), with the following upgrades needed.
Summary of work required:
1. Add a Leads Notification Alert function: when a buyer posts a product that they want to buy, a notification must be sent to the Sellers who has the product in stock.
2. Broken communication between users:
a. If a user1 gets a message from user2, and user 1 does not respond in 48 hours, the system must send a reminder message to user1
b. If user1 has still not responded after 96 hours, the system must send another reminder message to user1
c. If user1 has still not responded after 8 days, the system must send final reminder
d. If user1 has not responded to final reminder after 10 days, then soft-delete user1 (inactive status)
3. Inactive Users:
If any user has not been active on the system for 120 days, the system must automatically soft-delete the user (inactive status).
4. Fix six existing bugs on the system to make it more user friendly
