I'm looking for a professional who can develop an USSD application to be used in Mozambique with the following characteristics:
1 – The application must send the recipient a voice message lasting about one minute. This message is a mini training on a certain subject.
2 – After the recipient hears the message, the application sends him some voice messages with questions about the first message sent (the mini training), asking him to respond through the keyboard.
3 – The answers must be stored in a database associated with his phone number;
4 – The messages will be written in Portuguese;
5 – Further details can be discussed online.
