We have acquired a major share in 2 travel websites :-

We want a website and a call center apps linked to the website and to any smartphones to have our " Ambassador Call Center Operator " and our "Ambassador Ground Service Assistance" , that will allow anyone living anywhere in the world, to become our "Ambassador Call Center staff" and or our "Ambassador Ground Service Staff " based on the following requirements .
"Ambassador" applicants must have :-
1) knowledge of the city or town or country they live in , including knowledge of hotels, tourists sites, restaurants, markets, local food areas, local shopping and interesting local where to go for cheap bargains , theaters, hangouts .
2) preferably worked, or is working in the tourism and hospitality industry .
3) Must be fluent in the language or dialect to chat or talk by Skype, WhatsApp, LINE, Viber or other Free chat and call apps installed on their mobiles and computers.
Our website and our Apps must have the feature that allows customers links to press :-
a)chat or talk in preferred language assistance in English, German, French , Dutch , Chinese, Indian, Arabic, African, Malay, Indonesian, and all other languages in the world .
b) Next a dialect link say if Chinese, the dialect link will be Cantonese, Hokien, Shanghainese, Mongolian, and all other main Chinese dialect links or if Indian the main or all dialects from Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Singhalese, Punjabi and others .And same for other Languages and dialects of the world
So if a customer who makes a booking on our website can chat or talk to anyone in the language and dialect of their choice, which no other tourisim hotel booking or travel agent in the world now offers on their travel booking website nor apps.
c) anybody with a smart phone can become our Call Center Ambassador or our Ground Service Ambassador, similar to Uber (taxi service) which has 40,000-Uber Drivers around the world now.
d) Everybody who qualifies to become our Call Center or Ground Service Ambassador will have a again not number linked to their names and this will be recorded as their number to be paid as every booking booking attributed to them making ahotel booking or a car rental booking will allow them to claim 80% of the commission our company makes as commission . So if a client spends $1000 abd our company gets 19$ commisdion commission which is $100.00. We will pay them 80% of our commission which is $80.00
e) The Apps and the website should be able to pay the Ambassador their commission within 7 working days from the time we get our money from the payment gateways of all the major credit cards we will accept on our website and Apps .
The whole process of taking the call , instantly, on the first available Ambassador, based on language spoken to dialect spoken on line or chat must be similar to a hunting line service, where if the first Ambassador is busy or if the line is switched off it will look for the next available Ambassador, plus from bookings to payment and commission paid should be 100% automated .
Our aim is to have 10,000 to even 200,000 Ambassadors representing us making us the worlds biggest Ambassadors to the tourism and travel industry . The Apps is required for iPhone, Blackberries and Anroid smart phones .
