Write an iPhone and android application

hi free lancer I want to design an app for iOS and android that support both arabic and english . basically i saw an app in the app store and i want a replication of this app. the app is [login to view URL] you can check it in the app store. but with some changes that i will highlight in the following points. 1- i want the registration to be by mobile number not email .to register you have to put a number then you will receive a text giving you the conformation . so i can check your adds by searching with your nickname or by your phone number. 2- i want it to have notifications that if someone give comment in your adds it will give notification like whatsapp 3- i want the app to do this((if a user saw an add he can mention his friend with his nick name so that he can see the add)) 4- i want ass an admin to have the ability to put advertisement between the add and also pop up ads 5- i want at the beginning to let the user put as much adds as they want then i want to limit this in the future for some fees that users can pay with the app store or android store 6-there other things that i want also that you will know when we contact each other thanks a lot
