Write an iPhone & Android application with BackEnd & Full Ongoing Support

Before we talk about the app, let us discuss about RocketSavvy (my company): RocketSavvy is HQ in Toronto, Canada. We have offices in 7 countries and are growing. We primarily focus on VoIP Telecommunications and IT Support for Government and Private Sector Companies. We have never built an app before and some of our customers are showing a lot of interest in applications. This means that this will not be the only project we will choose you for. We are looking to have someone work either as a contractor or even directly under RocketSavvy as a full time senior developer and be responsible to build a team from the ground up. Why online and not hire someone locally? Well, it's simple - we have found that "Freelancers" are more willing to work and produce solid results. What is required within respect to the project (breakdown): • A Driver app for both Android & iOS • A User app for both Android & iOS • Dispatcher Back End - Fully responsive (book, change, cancel, view drivers real-time, etc). • Admin Back End - Same as dispatcher but with billing (pay drivers automatically, process refunds to customers in case of mistake, export to excel (csv), etc ... think of it as a fully back end CRM for the entire brain of the app. • Ongoing support for enhancements, bugs, upgrades, etc. - Ongoing support means, we can call you and get through to you about any issue. - Using our ticketing system to communicate between RocketSavvy Tier 1 and you. - You will never speak directly with the customer, just with RocketSavvy Tier 1. - We handle all Tier 1 requests from the client and the app users and direct them to you via ticket. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Basic Flow (so you can get a better idea): 1. Create profile and Signup with SMS verification. 2. Choose pickup and destination. 4. Select Service Type Vehicle (Bike, Car, Truck, etc). 5. Select options/extras (trolley, rugs, ropes, etc). 6. Enter destination details (PIN Verification, weight, etc). 7. Select payment via Square or Stripe (square preferred). 8. Give Feedback / Rate Some of the main features: • Voice calls via VoIP (RocketSavvy (us) will provide VoIP APIs, etc). • Schedule bookings. • Live Navigation for the driver via Waze or Google Maps. • Promotional Codes. The above is a BASIC workflow - there are a lot of elements which are missing and will need to be fine tuned as the work is being done. Server requirements are provided by our in house Servers located in Toronto, Amsterdam, Tokyo, Sydney and New York - so, you will have FULL ROOT access to whatever you need within respect to the back end server so everything can function to it's full capability.
