Music MySpace Layout

Okay I'm a music producer and I need someone to design my myspace page I've tried on my own but I can't get that true professional look... the name of the Page is Jigsaw Productions and I want something spooky theme something like right out of the movie SAW.... the colors I want are mostly black and white with a splash of red(blood)...as far as spending I'll pay anywhere between 50-100 bucks

oh yeah in the background I want my name Jigsaw displayed Prominently and if you can incorporate that little puppet that he uses from the movies that would be great...
