someone to run sound for a live band

I'm looking for an experienced sound engineer to run sound for a live band at a concert. The sound engineer should have their own equipment, and the concert is expected to last 1-3 hours. I'm looking for someone who is knowledgeable about sound levels, can help set-up and break-down equipment, and make sure the band has the best sound experience.
