Build a Web Portal for Managing a Clinic - Therapists, Patients, Booking and Billing

Develop a web portal service for managing the operation of a medical clinic, with ability to manage therapists and patients, manage therapies, calendar with resource management, manage appointments, and billing. There will be Admin, Staff and Therapist users that will have different sets of account permissions. The web portal will be responsive for the mobile and tablet. We reserve the option to request wireframes of key pages before proceeding to development.

For Security, we require:
All users and Personal Data on the DB must be encrypted, the encryption password must be
managed only by our administrator
• Web tool interfaces will have to be in secure encrypted HTTPS mode
• Uploaded files that will be stored on the platform must be encrypted
• The toolset admin files will need to have a command line restore command to decrypt the
encrypted files for only admin use, even for information in the DB
• A detailed log of administrative activities and users, for each day, must be saved (encrypted)
for consultation by Daycontech system administrators for control purposes. (Security audit)
• System or application technical logs reporting problems must also be saved in separate files
(not encrypted).
