Firewall setting in Google SQL for Kubernetes cluster VMs

I need someone with technical experience with Google Cloud Compute specifically in Kubernetes, firewall settings etc. The issue they will be helping me to resolve is the following scenario

1. I have VMs managed by Kurbenetes. These VMs have java code that access a MySQL database in Google SQL. I have a total of 3 VMs running in the Kurbenetes cluster.

2) Under "Authorized Network" in Google SQL public ip section, I have specified the ip addresses of the 3 VMs in the Kurbenetes cluster

3) When a VM goes down and Kurbenetes provisions a new VM, a new ip address is created.

4) Because new ip address is created, the java code in the new VM fails when trying to access the MysQL database because the new ip address is not registered in step #2 above

Issue I need resolved is to configure #2 to automatically recognize new ip address in #3 above.
