Help me fix mysql/mariadb error on our DO

I am struggling to get this to work ever since the server run out of space. Mariadb seems to be working but drops all the time and we're missing some tables in mysql. I need someone who can quickly join me on teamviewer or chrome desktop to fix this.
This HAS to be done through remote control.
