Minecraft and Dedicated Server job posting.

Dot-Tech LLC is currently looking for a motivated individual who will join our qualified team in support and deployment of Minecraft and Dedicated servers. This individual will work closely with upper management in back-end and front-end development of server software, software updates, patches, dedicated server software, hardware deployment, client support, staff training and Minecraft server deployment. Along with other miscellaneous tasks related to system administration, network engineering, programming and IT help desk jobs.

Requirements:

Legal United States citizen over the age of 18.

In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems.

Skype for communication reasons.

Knowledge in the WHMCS billing system.

Knowledge with both Minecraft and dedicated server trouble shooting, deployment and support.

Friendly and out going attitude.

Flexible schedule and able to work when needed.

Laptop or Desktop with stable internet connection.

Able to complete tasks assigned in a timely fashion.

A working Minecraft account purchased from Mojang.

Able to speak and type fluent English.

Helpful attributes:

SQL and Java coding experience.

Previous experience utilizing Multicraft and livechat software.

HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript knowledge.

Minecraft modpack knowledge.

Bash and shell scripting.

Able to travel if needed to different locations for job related tasks.

Commission:

Commission will be discussed in private once NDA is signed.

Please note: This job is sub-contracted through freelancer and payment will be sent bi-weekly or monthly depending on the agreement settled at the start of contract.
