I have need for Python/API/MYSQL development. (The formatting here is poor, so please view my attachment for a more presentable explanation).

I sell a digital product on eBay. The product is a large file (~15gb), which I store in dropbox. When I make a sale, I share the dropbox file with the buyer's email address (it doesn't matter if they don't yet have an account when I do this). I'm currently doing the below steps manually, which is annoying as you can imagine.
Key Skills Needed:
○ Write python to interact with
□ eBay API
□ MySQL
□ Dropbox
□ Wix
○ Nice to have
□ AWS: EC2, Lambda, Step Functions
Algorithm Short Version:
○ (all functions mentioned below would be your creation)
○ Every 1hrs Cronjob runs a python script "Get_Transations" to check eBay for Transactions over the past hour
□ If no transactions, exit. Else, proceed
○ Store a few transaction details in a simple single table mysql database (i'm no dba, just trying to store records in a sensible way)
○ Send ebay buyer an ebay message and mark item as shipped
○ call api to my wix website and register the buyer as a user (gives them access to my instructions)
○ share dropbox folder with buyer email (not sufficient to send share link, the folder must be shared to the actual dropbox user owning the buyer email)
