Transfer & edit MVC Entity framework website from shared hosting to a dedicated server

Hi, I am managing two dedicated hostings now (Windows Server 2008 R2) I can add sites on IIS , Add FTP Publishing option and Managing Databases with WebApps I will do following: 1. Host site in Dedicated Hosting 2. Make changes in html 3. Develop new functionality using EF Question: 1. What does it mean "secure our admin panel" 2. implement/develop up to 4 new functions to the website using entity framework. All of these functions have been implemented in the same site without EF that i will provide in case you need help. (YES IT WOULD HELP , PLEASE SHARE THAT ALSO)
