We need to develop a software program for construction specifying, estimating,ordering, job reporting, invoiving and accounting.
Each job estimate is an assembly of labour and materials around 280 different elements.
Program must be able work over the internet and LAN for up to 20 users with different levels of access and chart changes etc that each user makes and time and dates that these change occur.
The program must be able to function with low internet speeds so must not rely on the tranmission of large packets of data.
Program is essentially a database in most aspects.
Sample of several existing programs can be provided to help develop interfaces
Software can be SQL or cloud based preferable in VB.net
Accounting section of prgram can be a link to MYOB or quickbooks\
A system flow chart is attached as well as some screen snips of the existing program interfaces.
Also attached are some output documents e.g specifications, colour selections, etc
Also are some mock ups of what we expect from the new interfaces
