Looking for someone who can write a script/program that will allow me to mine [url removed, login to view] for claims.
Here's how it works: After signing into the secure server, you can enter the necessary data for a client, such as Medicaid ID and Dates of Service. The site then returns with the individual entries made for recoupment for that particular client. The problem is that the site only returns about 10 or 11 entries per page. If there was as way for me to just continually "ask" the website for the data for a particular client and then the data on the page was sent to a word file, excel spreadsheet, whatever, then I would literally save myself hundreds of man hours clicking and reading. So I need the script to not only scrape the server, but also allow me to enter a batch of clients and dates of services and just let it go all day grabbing what I need. Not sure how it would be done, but even done with Macro commands it should work.
The other part of the equation is that I would like, once the data has been mined, an option to remove superfluous information. For instance, if a claim is DENIED by Medicaid, it essentially never existed. If I could toggle denials on and off, or the program would differentiate between an adjusted claim with a more recent claim date, that would be FANTASTIC!
I would think that this is pretty simple to do. Thanks for taking time!
