PSD to HTML using CSS

Hello,

We are a website developing company that has many projects.

We are looking for a freelancer or a company that can convert PSD (Photoshop) files to HTML on a regular basis.

- The HTML should be made using CSS pseudo-classes and the newest methods.

- The HTML should be compatible with IE and Firefox browsers.

- The websites that we create are sometimes in Hebrew or Arabic, languages that are written from right to left. Please let us know if you have previous experience working RTL.

- Please let us know if you can create the files using Visual Studio, with .NET components instead of HTML (textboxes instead of input, asp:button instead of input button, asp:image instead of img src etc.)

- Note that a page may be very simple or very complicated. Sometimes, there will be 10 or 20 pages from the same website, with similar header, footer and menu. Other times, it will be a complicated page with many different fonts, images, etc.

Please provide the following:

1. A price and a timeframe for converting a single page.

2. Attached is a sample file. We would like to see a sample of your work, so please take the time to convert this file to HTML and send it back.

We have many projects and can provide lots of work if the results are good and the price is fair.
