Professional Testers required to beta test our Open Source hosted call center software product inside out to get it ready for stable release to the community.
Tests to be performed:
- Functional testing
- Performance testing
- Web/ Web 2.0 compliance
- standard form/ field valid/invalid value check, error messages
- Stress test - 200 user simulation
- Common standards of Web/ Web 2.0 application compliance
- Manual and automated testing
Bugs to be reported in online bug tracker with detail bug report and screenshot (or screen capture video), and steps to reproduce.
Please provide details of your relevant experience and a proposal of how you would complete the project.
The project is of 3 iterations. (You submit 1st bug report (No less than 20 new bugs)...Bugs are fixed and new version is released for test...You submit 2nd bug report (No less than 15 new bugs)...Bugs are fixed and new version is released for test...again you release 3rd bug report (No less than 10 new bugs))
Each iterations can not be longer than 2 days.
