Modify existing website

We have a website, which needs modification as per the following.. 1. Home page is divided into blocks which will have images with priority settings to display the images on the exact block of specified coloumn and row. 2. Below each block will have a image link button "Details" 3. The home page will have 80 blocks, 8 in row and 10 in column with left menu 4. On click on the button "Details" there will be a page on which there will be a detailed description page which will be divided into tabs [html]. 5. tabs are : Info | MAP | Images | Video | Services | Additional Info with left menu 6. Search option will be there on every page 7. Admin will add all the information using control panel. 8. SEO friendly description page 9.
