I need a simple SharePoint application. Basically it will function as a time sheet for employees. The employee will enter in the amount of time they worked on a particular day, along with a few other fields such as type of work etc. and then click save. The data will then need to be approved by a supervisor. The supervisor will approve the time the employee worked by entering a PIN number or something similar. All records must be stored in the database.
If not a PIN number, then some other mechanism to ensure that a supervisor with more rights than an employee has looked at and verified the time worked.
This project is for Sharepoint 3.0 on a Small Business Server.
