We are looking for someone to create a website to integrate into our existing MS Dynamics CRM 2011 database to log/modify and manage support tickets similar to ZenDesk ([url removed, login to view]), our customers must be able to log their own tickets via email or a web portal and also see/contribute the progress of the ticket using their own username and password. We are also after the website to be used by iPads and have our engineers go to customers and be able to have full access to the ticket and create a report that the customer can electronically sign using something like RealSignature ([url removed, login to view]) when they are happy with what the engineer has done.
It is a must that the end result is able to be used on a web browser anywhere and also an iPad or iPhone.
There may also be changes that need to be made within MS Dynamics 2011, so a good grips with how this works is essential.
