I am looking for someone who is experienced in C#.NET 4.0, XNA 4.0 development for the xBox 360. I am developing a game but do not have enough time to complete it. I have couple of bugs I need to be fixed and finish off four different AI's for the monster and optimize the fifth AI. You will be given partial code to complete and the main project will be with me. You will be able to test your task you will be assigned another one. Communication through skype every four days with an updated is essential for completing this contract between us. You are required to finish each task in one month and no less and no later, so you have enough time to finish the code correctly :).
Here are the two very important bugs I need to be fixed for the AI of the monsters:
1) The soldier ant does not behave correctly when it is chasing you down and when you move between walls and as you move the ant depending on the location zig zag back and forth and as you go further away from the ant, the game performance drops (the fps drops down to 5 and less) and causes the game to crash. I want the ant to hunt you down and chase you no matter where you go and he will find a route to find catch you but you cannot trick him from leaving you alone and I want no matter how big the level, the performance does not drop down.
2) The mole have issues when it comes in teleportation, when the mole digs a hole and form a hole in both ends, sometimes when the other monster enter the hole they stop moving all together and get stock on the spot and sometimes the monsters appear inside walls and eventually when the level is loaded all the monsters stop moving and they stay still. This bug needs to be fixed also.
Adding two more AIs into the game
1) When the bugs mentioned above is completely fixed, I want to add the ability for the solider ant to fight you back with weapons when weapons are available. When you have a gun and shoot the soldier ant, it will fight back like games like half-life, etc, they shoot back with what ever weapons are obtained. There should be a place holders for graphics for all of this.
2) Complete the spider AI, it is half finished. The spider when he pauses and waits for the person to come close to his projectile level, he shoots a web and when the web hits the beetle (the hero) he comes close to the hero, cocoons the hero and then leave. Then after the cocoon is finished, you need to enter the key combinations to try to exit the cocoon and if you fail the key combinations is repeated back to 1, you have to enter key combinations three times. The key combination engine is completed, however, when the spider touches you then it triggers the key combination, this is a bug and needs to be fixed. It needs to be when the spider shoots a web at you, it comes close to you, cocoon you then perform you perform the key combinations. When you are cocooned this type of spider and any other spider does not come close to you and avoid you, if you touch the spider while it is moving on the other hand you are dead, this need to be changed and fixed from when you touch the spider you enter key combination. Sometimes the spiders when they shoot web on the ground or whatever, they crash by not moving anymore this needs to be fixed as well.
