Human Resource Management system
One of the key drivers of the project is human resource of the project. Development of information system on human resource will aid maintaining the motivation and high operational efficiency within the project. Information system that ensures placing of right person in the right place is required. Proposed ERP system must address issues such as entitlement, leave management, time Management, performance appraisal and training. It will track the information about the Basic profile, profile on experience, training and qualification of the candidate.
• Recruitment Management
This module will enable HR unit to track the positions announced, candidates applied for, long listing, short listing, whole selection process (Written Test and interview marks and panel members) and orientation process. It will also track the time spent in each of the recruitment phase. Positions will be advertised on the website of ARTS where interested candidates will fill out the recruitment form for the selected position.
• Organizational Management
This module will cover all the positions details along with the organization structure of the ARTS. The result of job analysis can be tracked as well.
• Employee Information Management
The basic profile, profile on experience, information about qualifications, skills and trainings and other bio data of the employee will be tracked in this module of the HR management system.
• Employment Management
In this module all the employment records like contract information, contract renewals or extensions, terminations, promotions and demotions of an employee will be recorded and tracked.
• Attendance and Time management
This system will automate the attendance of the employees with the help of introducing face detection or finger print recognition machines which will track accurately the working hours of an employee, record the date and time of office sign in and sign out. It can also provide seamless integration with leave management and payroll system, which minimize the level of manual calculation.
• Leave Management
Leave management will be a complete workflow system for leave request and leave approval. The employees can apply online and see the status of his/her leave request. The approver can approve or reject the leave request. The system will automatically calculate the opening balance of different types of leaves due at the beginning of the period, accruals of the leaves during the period, leave taken during the period and the closing balance of each type to be carried forward to the next period.
• Training and Development
The proposed system will be able to keep record of the training needs of a particular employee for a specific period of time and track the trainings provided to him/her.
• Performance appraisal management
This module is supposed to support evaluation and performance appraisal of an employee. It will keep track of all the evaluation process, rewards received , disciplinary actions received and any other related feature of employee performance appraisal.
• Travel information
All the information about travel of an employee should be tracked by the system like travel date, arrival date, purpose of travel, destination traveled etc.
Many standard and customized reports can be developed and generated by the system to meet the reporting requirements of ARTS and Donors.
Financial Management system

This module of the financial management system will cover all the budgeting process of the program like budget preparation, request of re-allocation, annual budget revision etc. The processes should comply with the formats of the Ministry of Finance.
