Inventory system for a retail business with a built in Point of sale system........
The inventory system and pos system must be able to do:
1 Account holders payable's
2 Account holders contact information - name, address, 1 address 2, shipping address, ph1, ph2, fax email, ABN
3 Able to print out customer's account and the amount owning with description and price and GST
4 Stock take, Cost of item, sale price of item and GST with a total at then end
5 Current Stock level - item's needed to be ordered "split up by suppler "
6 Pos system Cash receipt print out. (Including GST Sale price / by 11)
7 Monitor sales via a weekly and monthly bases using a graph (Monday being the start of the week)
8 Must be able to keep transaction record in the data base for a year + 2 days due to warranty purpose.
9 Able to search back for sold item's using the warrant system (year + 2 days)
10 Data base clean up delete old transaction older then year + 3 days
11 With the stocked item all cash sale must be able to enter sale using bar code.
12 able to search for item in data base. And use selected item's.
13 able to do profit report sale price - cost price "By Date"
14 able to use the program on multi computers with one data base. If you think there should be and think else on this program tell me please.
