Remote Contract Agent Network Specifications
Computers Supported: Laptops and regular desktop computers that meet network specs
Not Permitted: Macintosh computers, tablets, or any desktop virtual environment.
Processor Supported: Minimum 3.6 GHz for single core processors. All dual core + processors are accepted.
RAM Minimum of 2048MB (2.0GB) usable memory. Recommended 4096 MB (4.0 GB) installed memory.
Monitor Supported: Minimum 13 inch, resolution of 1024x768.
Not Permitted: TV’s monitors as screens,
Keyboard & Mouse Required.
Headset Mandatory: You must use a corded USB headset.
Router and Network Systems Mandatory: All network devices must be hardwired and the router must support VPN pass-through. IP address must begin with 192. Computer/laptop must use a built-in Ethernet card.
Not Permitted: More than one network card.
Internet Speed Mandatory: High Speed Cable or DSL internet service.
Not Permitted: Wireless or Satellite ISPs Green (NEED TO BE IN GREEN)

Note: Windows 8 or 10 computers require the secure boot to be disabled. The EUFI should be set to legacy or hybrid mode for the USB AAW to boot successfully.
A reliable, working computer with a minimum of 2GB RAM. 4GB preferred.

This position is taking inbound calls for popular US brands. The agent must work a minimum of 35 hours per week. If I can find a team of 2 who can work together hours required would be about 60 per week combined. Scheduling includes 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts in EST timezone must have open availability to work any shift. The average call volume is 15-20 transactions per hour 8/10 calls result in an order on average.
Pay will be $3.00 - $4.00 USD per hour, depending on contract. There is training and testing required before production. Training is UNPAID and can last 2-6 weeks. Please let me know what you think!
