Network Engineer Needed - Dell SNMP switch with server

Job Description:
We are using SynergyCP to automate the provisioning and OS installs of our servers. I am having a hard time getting our master server (dell r420) and switch (dell 5524) configured with SNMP, which would allow the master server to configure the switch ports and such.
