We are trying to design a SaaS platform with multi-tenant VNC architecture that's capable of multi-tunneling capabilities (creating multiple VPN tunnels). Each tunnel will have a IPSec enabled Packed Processing Layer for data integrity. It allows vendors share the same tunnel with individual user level authentication. No need for the vendors to download an installer locally, install the agent in the primary server and monitor the nodes connected to it.
As far as the security is concerned, we have to build a multi-level encryption layer on top of IPSec for user authentication and anti-replay. The primary focus is data confidentiality, so that ‘A’ always travels thru’ the tunnel assigned/associated to it and cannot peep into ‘B’s’ [login to view URL] services should run ONLY on 443 TCP port as PORT 443 is the standard SSL compatible TCP port.
