Complete an existing web based chat application that uses Nginx, Vue.js, Postgresql, Redis , Socket.io, Docker, WebRTC, and NUXT.js

We have an existing web-based chat application that has been in development and is ready for a developer to take over for final completion. I would estimate the project to be 70-80% complete. The chat application has existing bugs and unfinished work that needs to be cleaned up and some additional features added. We have listed all the tasks that need to be done on Trello and will go through them in chat as well. The 7 main tasks will be the following: 1) fix websockets as are not working according to developer tools 2) admin panel fix. old code has it but its not integrated now 3) font selector fix 4) chat emoji fix 5) WEBRTC check and improve/fix 6) docker container file size getting larger issue. Every week need to truncate it. Need to figure out what is causing this. 7) add the color and initials for guest login users Payment will reflect how many tasks we agree upon. This will be an ongoing project with new task requests made in the future so we will need "lifetime" continual support. The technology involves: Docker, Vue.js, [login to view URL] , Postgresql, Redis, Node.js, [login to view URL], Nginx and WebRTC as the main core technology. Must know all of the above and also server side skills to install and run the web based app from a domain and server. Although this application is running on our server now, one of the challenges is to get it running on your own server. Docker is important to know. The purpose of the application is to allow random users to chat with each other in a group setting. They can also webcam others in a public session (streaming to everybody in the room) or in private session 1 on 1. Text chatting can be done in private or public. Many functions already built into the chat APP such as a full admin panel (although that needs to be completed), ability to kick, mute or ban by higher roles, register accounts, use smileys, change colors and text format, set profile pictures, friends list, block annoying users, word filter, file uploads, and more. Existing design needs tweaking. We will send a web based demo for you to test the existing App and familiarize yourself with it and outline the missing features via Chat and Trello. Whoever applies must have extensive knowledge of the above tech (or use alternative technology that would be beneficial and be able to read other developers codes and grasp the project rather quickly to continue where the old developer has left off) The code is very clean and organized. Anybody who works on this project will need to sign a NDA and provide ID card. This is to protect the source code, both current code and future code you provide for us. Only highly motivated and serious developers with good english need apply. Project will only be paid when completed. **[Milestones can be created but not released until FULL completion (not including any future tasks we ask, of course)]** Please do not apply if you are not highly motivated or taking on too many tasks at one time. I have worked with such developers in the past and it is always a pain to find this type. I am hoping to find a great developer who is looking for both short term and long term work. After this project is complete we would still like to work together long term for support on adding additional features and improve the app overall. Also, in the future, we want to create an Android and iOS version of this application. But let us first complete this task. We only pay by fixed flat fee for completion. We do not pay hourly, please do not ask. Hourly should only be paid for smaller tasks. The speed at which a freelancer works can vary, so hourly is not feasible for us. No time wasters or fake profile applicants. Honesty and trustful relationship between both parties is needed. Again, we are looking for someone who can see the project to the end, not someone who will only work partially or preoccupied with other jobs.
