Convert appendRow Node.js script to Google Cloud Function / Batch Write

I have a Nodejs script that currently fetches data from a Firestore DB and prints it to a Google Sheet using the appendRow method.

The job requires you to modify this to:

- Convert this to a scheduled Cloud Function

- Delete previously inputted values / clear the sheet for the new batch of data

- Instead of using appendRow, Use the batchUpdate method as I will be outputting thousands of rows and need this to be time/cost efficient. GCF also has runtime limitations so appendRow is not feasible once dataset grows
