Facing Some Issue in our Project "Social Media Platform"

Job Description:
Task 1. Thumbnail Generation -
In the project while uploading any video file we need to generate the thumbnail of that particular video file so that while loading any kind of Shot video post, video post and live video, we are able to show its thumbnail meanwhile the time it is loading to play that video. Thumbnail should be generated from backend level, we don't want to implement at app side.
Current scenario
We are able to upload video files through the API, with the folder or we can say bucket structure and the thumbnail and the thumbnail creation source code is also saved but the issue is in the uploading part, we are not able to upload the file.
Challenges faced
Only the challenge we faced while uploading the file to the S3 bucket because it was showing the Error of ffmpeg.

Task 2 - Fetching the Audio file from Agora
We are facing some issues in the audio recording using the agora third party module for “postphone_recoding”. we are able to record the Live session feature in the project, which creates a file of format “M3U8” in S3 bucket of AWS.
Current Scenario
- Agora is able to create the live session for recording using the acquire API of agora.
- Resource ID is being created on every hit of the API of agora - startRecording.
- And SID for unique sessions is also created using the start recording API of agora.

Task 3 - Need to fetch the location of our respondend
We need to capture the location of our respond in our project. currently we are providing different types of post for our users. We need to capture their location if user participate to any the post. The location should be captured for City, State and country level.
