GPS Laptiming app/web for car racing

So I am a software developer as well, i've worked on this project for a while but I don't get much time to put a lot of effort in it, thats why i need someone else to continue it. I will be monitoring this project closely. As the title suggests, its an app where essentially laptiming is done via a GPS Bluetooth device, and the data is saved locally as well as firebase. Whats more important here is that the project is half done, and we need someone to continue on it with the same architecture thats used (VIPER). I would say around 60% app is done functionally, Need the rest completed
Website part is where most of the timing data is shared with everyone which i need built using ReactJS+NodeJS+Bootstrap+Firebase. But that is separate if you are expert in iOS app only.
The app has approx 10 pages or more. 5 main tab views. You can ask me more and I can give you more details. Also, this will be an ongoing project, so i need commitment
