Need Help uploading script node.js

I have the script and I already build by npm run build it on localhost. And upload all files on the namecheap server. But still got the error of Error 503. Service Unavailable. I just need this things to be short out. Work done maybe in 1 hours. So please bid as per that. Please don't bid if you need days. I want this in hours. Not in days Thanks
