Report function for the simple app.(Node/React Native/Expo)

We are looking for an experienced app developer who can be responsible for launching our app on the AppStore.
We are going to implement a report function in our app like the attached video.
If the user reports another, the report message is sent to the admin's email and the other is blocked on the list and the Map.
Exactly
1) If user A reports user B then in the list of nearby users and the Grid page for user A, user B will not be presented.
2) also the report message is sent to the admin.
And there are some bug fixes such as text errors.
