This project is urgent; please don't bid unless you are 100% confident you understand the spec and can deliver it within 1-2 days.
I have alerady built the website to sell an eBook - www.thisisthebook.com. I have a partial solution for this project in place but it wasn't done to spec and isn't up to standard and is hard for me to apply to pages within my sitebuilder; so I need it redone quickly as the site is already live.
I URGENTLY want an easy, Good looking, one click button that says -
'I want a copy of THE BOOK Now(e-book)' [with a trademark TM top right of BOOK) - as is currently on the home page - but I want a better button than that one. I need the button to have some 'WOW' factor so it attracts attention; maybe in can be an animated gif, but it must also fit in with the style of the site.
Have a look at the site as it is now and you will see what I need.
When a buyer clicks, they then only enter their name and email address and country from a drop down list; no shipping/register nonsense. These details need to be saved to the MySql database on the website; if you like copy the code from one of the forms on the site and use the php-submit script already in use.
Then connect the user to PayPal for payment - either PayPal account or just credit card. Autofill the email & name & country, PayPal deals with the credit card details. Payments in US$.
Only once payment is confirmed (so get a reply from PayPal) the .PDF eBook can be downloaded; only one download, then the link expires (or any alternative way of restricting downloads to one per sale).
The button should be a .jpg or .gif etc. in the images folder. Supporting scripts should be in include files in the media folder; because of the way the site builder works I HAVE TO include the include file at the top of every page that has a button; the site builder generates the website's PHP pages dynamically and there is a common HTML template file. Any PHP or HTMl that is needed on a page must be similarily in an include file; don't build your own seperate PHP pages because4 then I can't edit them.
The .PDF book ([url removed, login to view]) will be in the Media folder on my website.
By now you can see what I want - no fuss for me or for buyers. This is simple and I am sure this has been done before so feel free to re-use. I just want it to work reliably, look very gadd and be easy for me to use (IE buttons, include files, nothing else)
(I have attached an example include file from a different site)
