Opencart Developer needed to modifiy backend structure

We are a laundry company which runs all it's sales process through a progressive web app based on Opencart.
We have many locations.
Our front end is taken care of but we are interested in bettering the structure of our backend to satisfy our needs at a glance.
We also need to increase the ease for our employees or a third party to attend our clients needs in an efficient manner.
Finally we need a way to automatically export a report for each laundry location including the sales of that location every 28 days, and automatically send these reports to a predetermined list of emails.
Currently our dashboard shows no information in which we are interested and the entire structure of the backend is very adapted to our needs without the needed modification. many things are incorrectly named as to not have to modify the basic opencart format but we would like to change this.
