Operations Manager for a Facebook Ads Agency

We are looking to hire an obsessive, driven, system-loving, and detail-oriented Operations Manager who can help build the internal structure that will enable the team to meet our company’s goals. Someone who can establish new standards of operations, ensure the team is executing at a high level (quantitatively and qualitatively) and is able to continuously identify opportunities + provide solutions through systems.

We are looking for an Operations Manager specifically with these requirements:

Fluent English communication skills

Must have at least 3 years of operations experience

Experience in an agency environment

Experience in marketing with a basic understanding of Facebooks ads and media buying or the strong desire to learn

Experience with media buying on other social media platforms is a huge bonus

Ability to build systems and processes from the ground up

Ability, and obsessiveness with documenting those processes and systems

Proficient working with all Google applications, ex: Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc

Strong time management skills and enjoys a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills

Strong organizational skills

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

Choosing a quarterly operations theme/goal and managing objective and key results (OKRs)

Documenting and organizing existing systems, processes, and SOPs business-wide as well as working with each department to create new ones that you will help grow and evolve

Support key roles (managers/team leaders) business-wide to set expectations, scorecards, and KPIs for their teams

Provide reports on core department and business-wide metrics weekly / monthly /quarterly

Monitor and optimize client success systems to maximize agency performance

Host weekly 1-on-1 meetings with direct reports + department calls

Host monthly/quarterly/annual management reviews

Support the recruitment and training of new team members and roles as we grow

Support the development and expansion of new and existing departments such as HR and Sales + Marketing
