Strategies to Lower Employee Turnover in the Retail Industry -- 2

We are looking for feedback from retail professionals on successful retention strategies used to reduce employee turnover. Seeking a partnership with three small retail businesses in central Texas (Austin-Round Rock metropolitan area preferred by not limited). We need a total of six participants. The participants consist of one owner/manager and one retail employee per each small retail business.
