OsCommerce Order Editor Problem 2

We previously engaged another service provider to install two OsCommerce contributions to our OsCommerce v2.2 RC1 installation, namely,

Order editor [url removed, login to view]

Order Maker [url removed, login to view]

The contributions were installed but before the installation had been thoroughly checked, this service provider disappeared from contact.

We subsequently discovered a problem with the installation of this contribution as follows:

When using the contribution to create new orders from the admin side (Customers > Create Order), entering the customer name, address etc. and entering products to the cart appeared to be working without any problem, but an error message popped up when selecting the payment Method from the drop down list, changing the price, changing quantities etc. on page saying:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /homepages/……./[url removed, login to view] on line 1028

has been updated.

We then engaged another service provider from Freelancer who subsequently fixed this problem but after checking that the contribution was hopefully working satisfactorily this time, we noticed 2 issues as follows:

1. In Customers > Create Order on the admin side, if I choose “New Customer account” or “Without Customer Account” (note that the below problem does not appear to occur if I select “Existing Customer account”), after you have entered all customer details, and then go to Add a Product, you get the error message as below as soon as you click “Add to Order”:

Warning: in_array() []: Wrong datatype for second argument in /homepages/34/d207523599/htdocs/handydeck/shop/handyadmin/[url removed, login to view] on line 578

Warning: in_array() []: Wrong datatype for second argument in /homepages/34/d207523599/htdocs/handydeck/shop/handyadmin/[url removed, login to view] on line 578

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /homepages/34/d207523599/htdocs/handydeck/shop/handyadmin/[url removed, login to view]) in /homepages/34/d207523599/htdocs/handydeck/shop/handyadmin/includes/functions/[url removed, login to view] on line 23

But if you click the back button on your browser, it seems that the product has actually been entered correctly.

2. If you click on the “New order email” button on the Edit Order page you get the error message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_add_base_ref() in /homepages/34/d207523599/htdocs/handydeck/shop/handyadmin/[url removed, login to view] on line 1144.

As the second service provider we engaged did not believe these two problems which were not observed previously to be related to the work that they had done, we are now requiring these issues to be resolved by posting yet another request on Freelancer.

As we have already attempted to get these 2 contributions installed correctly with two service providers so far, this time please be absolutely clear that NOT ONLY do we require the 2 issues described above to be fixed, but this particular job will not be regarded as being completed until ALL the functions provided within these 2 particular contributions 1435 and 4829 (including all buttons, all data entry fields, and all drop-down selection boxes) are working correctly.
