Currently we only accept PayPal as a payment method. When customers place orders, the confirmation email he receives does not show or cuts off the ordering information (SKUs), so he doesn't know what the customer has ordered unless he contacts them. In his own words:
"I have had this problem before with the coastalpillows site, but with the last four or five orders there has been no packing list available. This important because the "notice of payment received" email that I receive does not show sku numbers and if there is a lot ordered will cut off the complete order -- so I end up emailing the customer to ask what they [url removed, login to view] problem might be that some of them don't want to use PayPal. But there is some way they can pay by credit card on the site without using PayPal. A customer told me this and his was an order with no packing list. "
At one point we had someone add a notice after a customer places an order through PayPal that if they didn't click to return to the home page after their order, it might not be received properly, but we'd like a better solution, especially since that one isn't foolproof.
