Hello, I am a paralegal in Spain, I am looking for a paralegal with experience in immigration matters in the USA.
I would like to tell you a bit about my case (Well, my niece's).
My niece is 19 years old; she has entered the United States when she almost turned 18, I have been reviewing the laws in the United States, and I see that she qualifies for a type of protection called Special Immigrant Juveniles, what I am looking for is your help to be able to apply for the SIJ classification, how to fill out the application to send it to the juvenile court.
In this link is where I have been able to see that she qualifies for that status but we must get a valid court order issued by a juvenile court.
