Draft a response to a PCT examiner's objections for a patent already granted by USPTO.

I was granted a patent by the USPTO.

After that, I applied for PCT; unfortunately, I'm not a resident of the US, so I couldn't choose USPTO as the receiving office.

Instead, I had to choose the PTO in Japan, where I temporarily reside.

I received a written opinion from a Japanese examiner, which cites some patents and gives a generally negative opinion.

I know this cannot be changed as in case of PCT I can take no action,

but in case I decide to move to country level in Japan I'd like to have a solid base about how I can defend from that negative opinion,

since I was told that the same examiner will take care of it when I apply at JPO, and there will be no other different rejections at country level.

Although it's not necessary at all, I may consider applying for Chapter 2 so that I can talk to the examiner,

and so I may use the draft you write on that occasion too.

Therefore, I'm looking for a professional who can draft a response to examiner's rejections.

In order to do this, you need to read my patent and understand it thoroughly,

read the other patents cited by the examiner, and then draft a response which defends my application.

I will provide the text of my patent and copies of the ISR & WO received from this examiner.

High bids will not be considered.
