I need a KiCad project that lays out a compact, dual-rail power supply capable of delivering up to 10 A per rail at a maximum of 70 V. The board will sit inside an audio amplifier chassis and will be fed by a toroidal transformer, so low noise and a clean ground scheme are critical. Core requirements • Dual CRC-filtered rails with the 0 V reference converging only at the final capacitor. • A single pair of screw terminals at the board edge for each secondary winding so wiring from the toroid stays short and tidy. • Support for a 5020-class diode bridge (through-hole) plus an alternate footprint that lets me mount the bridge directly to the chassis via M3 screws. • Option to tie chassis ground through a small bridge/10 Ω resistor and additional diodes • Compensation resistor-capacitor network at the transformer input to suppress ringing. • Full UPC1237 speaker-protection circuit on the same PCB, including the pin-4 AC sense feed so the relays drop out cleanly on power-off. • Clear silkscreen labels for all parts, test points, and fuse ratings, with generous copper pours for the high-current paths. Include LED in both rails. Deliverables 1. KiCad 7.x project folder with schematic, PCB, libraries, and 3D models. 2. Ready-to-order Gerber/Excellon set and BOM (CSV). I will test fit the board inside a 120 × 80 mm area, so please keep everything within that footprint and include four 3.2 mm mounting holes on a 110 × 70 mm rectangle. If something in the spec causes conflict with that size, flag it early and we can adjust. Once the files open in KiCad without errors and the DRC passes, I’ll consider the project complete and release payment.

This board needs special care to handle the power stage. any imbalance in the design will drift the 0V from either sides when load spikes occur during thumping beats.
