We currently have approximately 146 pages in a PDF file that we need to make accessible and AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act) compliant. The PDF needs to have forms that are accessible as well as ensuring all texts, images, tables and related material on the PDFS made fully accessible. The file has a lot of embedded images and graphics aswell as scanned pages, and all of the images and graphics will need descriptive text attached. The vendor will need to provide the descriptive text themselves. We need the document to be tested. Based on previous work we have had done, this should take a professional maybe 40-50 hours to complete this work. You must have experience creating accessible PDF documents, testing PDF functionality and direct experience in Ontario Canada making documents accessible under the AODA. This work needs to be done manually to have the document made level 2 AODA accessible. We have a total of 8 courses and each one has several modules (over 1100 pages) that we need completed and this is the first document we need to make accessible. We also need for the modules to be merged together while remaining accessible. Bidder/Freelancer must be located here in Ontario, Canada and have received training in AODA specific to Ontario, Canada.
