Need to offer a proposal document for IT system maintenance contract.
I do troubleshooting on my off duty time, now a company has requested me to offer a monthly maintenance proposal.
Here I have big problem on timing, because Can’t promise them on my availability on normal working hours (8AM to 6PM).
I own duty till 6 pm (Sat-Thu),.
So I want to ask them if they are fine with night (after 6:30 PM) or on Fridays will do for 125 KD per month.
3 visit & will take service call if I’m free from my site.

Will take scope for
Desktops, Laptops, CCTV and Server configuration maintenance. (Upto 25 systems)
+Configure backup system & printers
+Remote configurations
+Troubleshooting OS and softwares
+Formatting system
Here the hard part is taking call on normal working hours.
Will provide my logo and my quotation format while we discuss. Kindly redesign and get me a decent, professional and polite proposal.
