software developer required

Software developer required.

I require software which will communicate with all mobile phones, UK and worldwide phone brands.

The software may use the following method of communication - GPRS - GSM BLUETOOTH - WI-FI

It must be able to use GPRS

The user will be able to register its details with the software – personal details and also a username and password, once the user is registered, I as the administrator by entering the registrants mobile number will be able to send them an onscreen message (not a text message which will go to the inbox) when the user receives the message they will be able to view the message by entering their password which will be verified by the software and once verified the message is viewable, then the user has the option to accept the message or decline the message which will report back to the software. so if the message say ‘22’ and the user accepts – then this must report back to the software and say ‘22 accepted’

The software will be used to send discount coupons to customers.

So once the user is logged in they will be able to communicate and decide weather they want to accept the coupon.

You must state what technologies you will use for development and your bid and time scale for completion.

You must explain to me you suggestions on development.

if you have done this project previously or have similar work then send me examples or screen shots.
