PerlDesk(tm) Expert Needed

I'm afraid we've botched our PerlDesk installation / configuration and customization and need someone who can look at our existing install and figure out where we went wrong - and FIX IT!

At this point, the biggest problem is that attachments aren't coming through. Also, we need the email feature configured properly so that when a client responds to a ticket communication via email, it will be properly logged in the system.
